TRFace Lifting
It is a surgical method used in the treatment of aging-related deformations in the face and neck area. In our adventure that leads to good and beautiful aging, it is aimed to obtain the most precise and clear result in eliminating the deformations in the face and neck area in cases where dermal fillers and botox injections are insufficient.
Due to factors such as heredity, environmental factors, smoking, stress and busy work life, these findings can be observed at earlier ages.
Problems such as deep wrinkles on the lower eyelid, sagging of the mid-face area, deepening of the natural groove extending from the nose to the rim of the mouth, sagging of the jowl area can be permanently resolved with a facelift operation. Simultaneously with the facelift procedure, lower and upper eyelid aesthetic surgery, eyebrow lifting, neck lift, oil injection procedures can be added. Skin tone can be increased with simultaneous peeling or laser applications.
Depending on the content of the procedure to be applied, it takes an average of 4-5 hours. It is done under general anaesthesia. Drains are often used. 1 or 2 days of hospital observation is required. Afterwards, a face corset is used to support the tissues and prevent edema. Appropriate meditation is given according to the content of the surgery applied. While the bruises are completely resolved in 1-2 weeks, the edema takes a little more time. Although there is a significant decrease in swelling at the end of the first month, it is necessary to wait a few months to evaluate the final surgical result.
Neck Lifting
Problems such as excessive fat in the neck area, loose neck skin, sagging neck muscles, loss of chin borders, double chin appearance are solved by neck lift operation. It can often be combined with a facelift or performed as an isolated operation.
It can be safely applied to any patient who is in good general health condition, has no problem in wound healing, and can receive general anesthesia. An elastic bandage is applied immediately after the operation. Excessive neck movements and cold and edema treatment should be avoided after this operation. 1-2 days of hospitalization is required. Bruises are completely resolved within 1-2 weeks. It is necessary to wait 1-2 months for the swelling and edema to pass. In the first days, the numbness in the operation area is completely resolved over time. It is important to avoid heavy physical activities for several weeks.
The operation can be applied to people who have a suitable general health status, who do not use aspirin and drugs that disrupt the bleeding profile, and who quit smoking at least 1 month ago.
